We are proud to highlight one of our students who has just been published!  In August of 2007, Jordan wrote an original story that was published in the newly released Chicken Soup for the Soul: Children with Special Needs.  As a sixth grader with autism in Mrs. Jones' class, Jordan shares his story of finally discovering his voice for the first time in his life.  Jordan is able to communicate through his story what it was like all those years and what it is like now being able to communicate with his family and friends.  In his story, "Silent No More", he tells about not only his needs but also his dreams.  We proudly applaud Jordan for this amazing accomplishment!
